Amendments

Article 45: Any amendment to the present bylaws shall be submitted for approval to the Board of Governors. Should said amendment be approved by 2/3 (two-thirds) of the Board of Governors at a meeting at which a quorum shall be present, the amendment shall then be submitted to a General Meeting of members and shall be approved if 2/3 of the members present at such General Meeting shall vote in favor, provided always that a quorum (as defined in Article 39) shall be present and acting throughout.
